Open Regedit:
(Windows + R Keys simultaneously to open Run Dialog and type regedit, hit enter)
Navigate to this Key and if it exists, change the value from 1 to 0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet\EnableActiveProbing
